“Presenting to the Abyss” – Tips & Techniques for Effective Webinars and Phone Presentations

In this increasingly popular Program, we teach participants how to present in a virtual world, whether they're presenting over the phone or via a webinar. We know that presenting virtually is difficult for everyone:

• You can't see the audience – so you can't read their body language;
• The audience is generally expecting a dreadfully boring experience – and they usually get one;
• You know the audience members are all likely to be multi-tasking – so you know you won't have their full attention;
• And yet... you really want your message to get through.

We teach your staff how to overcome these universal obstacles and reduce the anxiety we all feel when presenting in a vacuum. Presenting to a live audience and presenting virtually are fundamentally different experiences. And we teach you how to maximize your effectiveness when "presenting to the abyss."

There is no limit on the number of participants for this seminar; we generally recommend no more than 30 - 40 to allow for meaningful interaction.
